My background

I set up my own practice in 2005 after a three-year stint as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Eyretel plc, a UK-listed digital voice recording vendor, now part of Verint.

Before joining Eyretel I was Commercial and Legal Director at Mobile Systems International Limited (MSI), a mobile network software vendor.

My first in-house job was as Legal & Commercial Manager at Synon, an application development software vendor.

And going all the way back to the beginning, I started my career and qualified as a solicitor at City law firm Ashurst.
